Faculty/Staff are required to submit trouble tickets for assistance with IT-Related issues. This ensures we can do the most good for the most people, escalate high-priority issues, and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Students attending Memorial High School or Memorial Middle School are encouraged to stop by the Chrome Depot to report an issue with their Chromebook. Alternatively, you can also create a ticket in right here.
Parents, please use our support portal to report issues or request help with the Parent Portal, Elementary School Chromebooks, and general questions and concerns related to technology. Submitting a ticket informs the entire OIT staff and the most available and appropriate person will help.
